Susan Fenner graduated from Traphagen School of Fashion in New York City . She majored in fashion illustration and design. After graduation, she was a fashion illustrator for many upscale shops in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania.
She also hand painted wedding gowns for a major bridal designer. Her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Wedding, Bride and Modern Bride magazines.
Susan has had her own Jewelry line for the past sixteen years, marketing her line via home showings.
She began hand painting and embellishing unique "retro" handbags in 1994. Many of the handbags range in age from the 20's to the 80's. Sometimes she incorporates both embellishing and hand painting, using vintage findings, feathers, ribbon, fabric, etc. Some of her customers actually display their handbags considering them works of art. Her handbags have been featured in Lehigh Valley Style Magazine.
